Ordering and payment

How do I pay?
Nothing is charged at checkout. You place the order and choose email or WhatsApp. We then send a payment link with the amount, usually within a few hours during the day. We hold the items for 3 days.
Is payment secure?
Nothing is charged when you order and we never take card details on the site. You pay through the link we send, and the site is encrypted with SSL.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 3 days at no cost. Message us by email or WhatsApp with your order number to change anything.

Shipping and delivery

How long does delivery take?
Paid orders before 14:00 CET on weekdays ship the same day. Delivery within Sweden normally takes 1–2 working days, and 2–4 working days to the other Nordic countries.
Where do you ship from?
From our warehouse in Sweden. Norway is outside the EU, so import duty and VAT may apply there.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. You receive the tracking link by email once the parcel has left us.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, every parcel ships in neutral packaging without product information.

Products and quality

How is quality checked?
Every batch is analysed by HPLC at an independent laboratory before it is sold. You can request the certificate for your batch at support@retatrutidebutiken.com.
How should the products be stored?
Unopened vials in a freezer at −20 °C, away from light. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, in a fridge at 2–8 °C. Do not freeze a reconstituted solution.
Are the products legal?
They are sold strictly as research chemicals for laboratory use and are not intended for humans or animals. Retatrutide is not an approved medicine and cannot be prescribed.
Do you give dosing advice?
No. Because the products are sold for research, we give no advice on dosing or use. What the clinical trials show is covered in our research guides.
