Returns and right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to change your mind on unopened packaging. If something is wrong with the item, we put it right.
Your rights
- 14-day right of withdrawal
- Counted from the day you receive the parcel, provided the packaging is unopened and the seal unbroken.
- Faulty or wrong item
- We pay the return shipping and send a new item or refund you in full.
How to return
- 1. Contact us
- Email support@retatrutidebutiken.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- 2. Wait for instructions
- We reply within 24 hours on weekdays with a return label and packing instructions.
- 3. Send the parcel
- Drop it off at your nearest service point and keep the receipt.
- 4. Refund
- Once we have received and checked the return, we refund you within 5–7 banking days.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Broken seal
- Items whose seal has been broken, for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Incorrect storage
- Products that have been stored incorrectly, for example peptides that have not been kept cold.
- Special orders
- Items ordered specially outside our regular range.
